Instant rice (60%), dried parmesan (pasteurised milk, tapioca starch, salt, starter culture, enzyme (non animal rennet), dried pumpkin (9%), vegetable stock powder (salt, maize maltodextrin, natural vegetable flavour, yeast extract, dried vegetables (onion, spinach, celery, cabbage), sunflower oil, olive oil, cane sugar, caramelised sugar syrup, parsley), rice flour, dried leek, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, salt.

Conventional Oven (For Best Results)
Remove all packaging. Place on an oven-proof tray. Cook for 30-35mins from frozen in a pre-heated oven at 175 degrees celcius.
Air Fryer (For Best Results)
Remove all packaging. Place on the internal air fryer tray. Cook for 15-18mins from frozen at 150 degrees celcius.
Microwave (800w)
Remove all packaging. Place on microwave safedish. Heat on high from frozen for 3-3.5mins. Stand for 1 min.
Times may vary depending on equipment.
Cook from frozen. Ensure product is fully heated through before serving. Consume immediately after heating.
