Instant pasta (55%) (durham wheat, egg, ascorbic acid), dried tomato sauce (15%) (tomato pulp (92%), olive oil, carrot, sugar, onion, garlic, basil (1%), salt, citric acid), dried vegetables (spinach, carrot, capsicum), nutritional yeast, vegetable stock, rice flour, potato starch, sugar, garlic, herbs and spices.

Conventional Oven (For Best Results)
Remove all packaging. Place on an oven-proof tray. Cook for 30-35mins from frozen in a pre-heated oven at 175 degrees celcius.
Air Fryer (For Best Results)
Remove all packaging. Place on the internal air fryer tray. Cook for 15-18mins from frozen at 150 degrees celcius.
Microwave (800w)
Remove all packaging. Place on microwave safedish. Heat on high from frozen for 3-3.5mins. Stand for 1 min.
Times may vary depending on equipment.
Cook from frozen. Ensure product is fully heated through before serving. Consume immediately after heating.
